U23 European Boxing Championships: Armenia secures 5 medals

Team Armenia will return with five medals from the U23 European Boxing Championships being held in Sofia025快排劫持通道 the capital of Bulgaria.

Rudolf Garboyan (51 kg), Ruslan Aslikyan (57 kg), Artur Sahakyan (60 kg), and Harutyun Hakobkokhyan (67 kg) have joined Elida Kocharyan, who has reached the semifinals, the Boxing Federation of Armenia informs on Facebook.

In the semifinals, Garboyan and Sahakyan will compete with the representatives of Ireland and England, respectively.

Reigning European champion Ruslan Aslikyan's opponent will be Mehmethan Cinar (Turkey).

Hakobkokhyan will face the representative of Bulgaria, while in the girls’ competition, Elida Kocharyan's opponent will Anna Sorokina (Latvia).
