Landsec is on a roll. Having announcing three new arrivals (Phase Eight, Hobbs and Rituals) to its St David’s mall in Cardiff earlier this week, the commercial property giant now welcomes three additions to its Trinity mall in Leeds — Levi’s, resale fashion brand Relic x Hooked and beauty retailer Space NK.

Space NK

Both Levi’s and Space NK are relocating from their Leeds stores elsewhere to Trinity, with respective spaces of 2,500 sq ft and 1,700 sq ft.

Marking its regional debut at the destination, Relic x Hooked has opened a 2,500 sq ft store on Albion Street to showcase its handpicked vintage sportswear and streetwear.

Daniel Wilmot, Director at Relic x Hooked, said: “We are very selective when searching for new destinations to launch our collaborative stores, as previous experience has demonstrated the importance of location and links to the local community. With Trinity’s impressive array of retail names combined with its strong independent offerings and emphasis on localism, there was no question that it was the perfect destination for us.”

Landsec said the additions are part of its drive “to secure regional debuts, relocations and upsizes into the destination for the best-performing brands in the region”.

Nik Porter, Head of Retail Brand Account Management at Landsec, added: “Retail that provides a unique experience is essential for today’s consumer. This mix of new and best-loved brands bring great choice to Trinity that can’t be found elsewhere in the region, helping to create a place for retailers to succeed and to keep guests coming back.”
