Jacquemus, pretty much the hottest French indie designer today, has launched a capsule collection with booming e-tailer Mytheresa, playing on his love of summer fun and the colors of his hometown.

Designer Simon Porte Jacquemus hails from Salon de Provence, which dates back to the Phoenicians, and plenty of the vibrant hues of the city’s market appear in this exclusive collection.

Ever since his sent Instagram into overdrive with his legendary July 2025 show staged on a never-ending magenta-pink runway through hyper-scented lavender fields, Jacquemus has been known for his vibrant signature color palette.

True to Jacquemus' aesthetic, the 13-piece capsule consists of what he termed “vitamin-fueled reinterpretations” of his most iconic silhouettes.

Call it solar chic, with marmalade-hued body hugging tops, mini cardigans and leggings in body-con silhouettes; tangerine leather bags; candyfloss-pink linen jackets and blazers held together with mini straps or fuschia asymmetrical mini cocktails.

Add in strappy sandals; bold high heels and Simon Porte’s latest version of his Chiquito and Bambino bags and you get Provençal pop-power with tons of panache for this summer.

Jacquemus designs do tend to require a decent figure, but if one is in halfway-decent shape they have a head-turning sense of celebration in every look. The sign of a designer very much in complete control of his own game.

Prices range from €120 for a bralette to €605 for a blazer; while bags e-tail at €425 to €450; and dresses at between €400 to €500.

Entitled Jacquemus x Mytheresa, the capsule launches globally on Mytheresa.com on June 3.
