According to the Milan daily newspaper MF Fashion, Roberto Cavalli met with Peter Dundas, currently Creative Director at Emilio Pucci, in Florence "to discuss a possible and future position at the head of the house's design department."
 

The Tuscan designer label is currently in negotiations to concede 70% of its group to VTB Capital, the investment arm of sanctioned Russian lender VTB Bank.

According to MF Fashion, representatives of VTB Capital were present at the meeting with Peter Dundas. "VTB Capital would be absolutely supportive in the arrival of the Norwegian designer, who would make for an excellent compromise between the brand's history, the founder's wants and future prospects," writes the Italian paper.
