Eurofund Group, co-operator of the key Silverburn mall in Glasgow, has exchanged contracts on a store deal with international home and beauty brand Rituals Cosmetics, “further diversifying and improving the retailer mix at the centre”.
Rituals is to take a 2,000 sq ft unit at Silverburn, featuring the brand’s extensive range of cosmetics, home scents, body products and gift sets.
“This latest addition to Silverburn is part of the Eurofund Group and Henderson Park JV strategy to continue bringing a more premium and diverse retail offering to Silverburn -- and cement its status as Scotland’s top retail destination”, the co-operators said.
Alberto Esguevillas, CEO UK Retail at Eurofund Group, added: “Silverburn provides a unique opportunity for retailers to position themselves in the Scottish market, at a destination that is only gaining momentum.”
Since the centre was acquired in March 2025 by the JV, new openings have included The White Company, Tag Heuer, Decathlon, and an upgraded M&S store.
Rituals, which also operates in a number of the UK’s high-profile malls including Liverpool One, St David’s in Cardiff, centre:mk in Milton Keynes and the McArthur Glen Designer Outlet York, is now a ‘Certified B Corporation’, “meeting the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance”.
