Beyond Retro is to open a three-month pop-up store at Coal Drops Yard, one of the capital’s newest shopping hotspots close to Kings Cross station.
The store "will bring sustainable fashion to the forefront of this retail hub", it said, "continuing a mission for a circular economy as one of the UK’s leading vintage retailers”.
Opening on 10 October, it will feature over 5,000 pieces, “handpicked by vintage experts”.
Beyond Retro's in-store exchange programme will also be available, offering customers the opportunity to recycle and refresh their wardrobe. Customers will be able to bring in unwanted vintage and high street clothing in exchange for store credit.
The retailer will also host a “series of events”, yet to be confirmed.
Kate Peters, Director of Retail at Beyond Retro, said: "Our product like the Coal Drops itself, spans the decades and feels like such a natural fit with its mix of Victorian and contemporary architecture.”
