A unit of Kering has signed an agreement to acquire French company UNT, the luxury giant and Gucci owner said on Monday.
Kering Eyewear will buy 100% of Usinage & Nouvelles Technologies, a maker of metal and mechanical components for luxury eyewear, Kering said, adding the transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of this year.
