H&M Group’s Nordic fashion and lifestyle brand Arket is continuing its rollout into physical stores and will open a flagship in Paris this autumn. As well as the first store in one of the key global shopping capitals, it will also be the label’s first physical location in France.
Stockholm-based Arket has already made an impact with its offer in the European cities in which it’s present with a mix of women’s, men’s and kids’ clothing as well lifestyle pieces targeting all those demographics.
With a design philosophy is rooted in the Nordic modernist movement of the 20th century, the brand’s Paris store will be a complete lifestyle destination, “combining a curated selection of ready-to-wear and accessories for women and men, childrenswear, body care and interior. Timeless wardrobe staples will be combined with seasonal fashion drops capturing current trends and expressions”.
As with other locations, there will be an Arket café, developed and led by Swedish chef Martin Berg. With the mission to promote natural flavours and healthy ingredients, the café will offer a vegetarian menu, seasonal pastries and organic speciality coffees from some of the world’s best growing regions.
